Rates
- Non-Profit: Monday-Thursday, $30.00
(No Food or Drinks. Bring your own cleaning supplies. Deposit of $100 will be cashed if cleaning is required or damages occur.) - Meetings: Monday-Thursday, $125.00

Non-Residents, $450.00
(Food & Drinks are permitted. Cleaning is included in the price. Deposit of $100 will be cashed if extensive cleaning is required or damages occur.)
Terms
- Maximum of 8 rentals per year per person
- Full payment, including separate check for $100.00 deposit, is required 30 days in advance of rental
- Loss of key will result in loss of security deposit
- All rentals required completion of a Rental Agreement, Board Members included
