Much Ado About Twitter

To many, this may be their first exposure to Twitter. In technical terms, Twitter is a free micro-blogging service that supports a growing community of individuals, groups and companies. Or, more simply, a Twitter user answers the question "What are you doing?" in 140 characters or less. Other people on Twitter can choose to follow you and they are then kept up-to-date on "What you are doing". Every time you update Twitter it is known as a Tweet. What makes Twitter interesting is the ability to Tweet and follow others' Tweets on a browser, a desktop client, Facebook or even a mobile phone.
