Voting on the Master Plan Project/Special Assessment / Vote Counting Meeting

This is a reminder to all Montevideo homeowners to vote on the Master Plan Project/Special Assessment issue. You should have received the voting material -- information, mail-in envelopes, and ballot -- before Christmas, and this is a reminder that the voting period ends January 20th. For your vote to be counted, your ballot must be received (not mailed but received) by that day.

Please take the time to review the package and cast your vote.

If you need a replacement ballot or have specific ballot related questions, contact Chris Flood at Chris is the Inspector of Elections and can help you if you have ballot related needs.

The meeting to count the ballots is an open meeting and MIA homeowners are welcome to attend and observe. The meeting has been set for Wednesday, Jan 21 at the clubhouse, but we are still waiting on final confirmation for this date and the meeting time. We expect to know soon.
